              Februar Abends 5 Uhr, wurde nach ge-                                 
              schehener glaubhafter Anzeige dem
              Johann Leonard Gramlich von seiner Ehe-                        Johann Adam
              frau Catharina geborner Dörsam das
              zweite Kind geboren, ein Knabe, der erste
              Knabe dieser Ehe und wurde den achten
              dieses (Monats) getauft, wo er den Namen Johann
              Adam erhielt. Gevater war Johann Adam
              Dörsam, der Kindbetterin Bruder, welcher
              gegenwärtiges Protokoll nebst
              dem Vater und mir dem Pfarrer, der
              die Taufe verrichtet, unterschrieben.

            the 2nd child was born, a boy, the 1st boy in this mariage, 
            and was baptized on 8th of this month, whereat he 
            received the name Johann Adam. 
            Godfather was Johann Adam Dörsam, the mother's brother,
            who signed this log with the father and me the priest,
